I became a massage therapist because I believe in the power of healing touch to support the body, mind, and spirit. Since graduating from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 2008, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients find relief, restore balance, and improve their overall well-being.

Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including chiropractic offices—assisting patients recovering from auto accidents and personal injuries, gyms— where I supported athletes in reaching their fitness goals, hospitals— providing care to healthcare workers coping with the physical and mental demands of their work, and spas— helping clients relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.

I specialize in Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage, and also offer Cupping, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Swedish Massage. Whether you’re looking to ease chronic tension, recover from an injury, or simply relax, I tailor each session to your unique needs.
