My passions are Massage, Esthetics, Women's Health, Herbalism, and prenatal/postnatal Doula work.

As a Massage Therapist, I will consult with you about your needs and what massage will best meet those needs. I use postural & movement assessment, to determine which modality(s) that will work toward your wellness goals. I have learned many complementary services that include a variety of relaxation techniques, somatic release, deep tissue, stretch, neuromuscular therapies, Swedish, cupping, gua sha, light, thermal and cryo-therapies. I specialize in massage for deep relaxation, therapeutic wellness, pregnancy, postpartum, women's wellness, and rejuvenating services.

As an Esthetician, I specialize in helping clients with skin care that is natural, easy, and effective for their skin and individual lifestyle. I love using organic ingredients or products as close to nature as possible for facial massage, spa & beauty treatments which allows me to pamper my clients keeping their ultimate wellness in mind.

My previous experience in several spas in massage, esthetics and also as a doula has given me a well rounded approach to help a variety of clients. In 2012 I graduated from Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga, where I learned many modalities, and for the past 10 years I have continued to learn more through a variety of continuing education . Recently, I graduated from Belle Sante School of Esthetics in 2022 and I am so excited to provide more services for our Spa that includes facials, skin care, waxing & some brow & lash services. Previously, as a birth and postpartum doula for several years it was my honor to help so many families and support them through the life changes that are involved.

Another passion I have is for herbal remedies and natural skincare. This passion has led me to pursue more education in this field at Heart of Herbs school where in a few years I hope to have my Master Herbalist Certification.

While contemplating my business, I wanted to find a name for the Spa that embodied what I felt about healing arts, so that was how "Living River" was born.

A Living River exists in each of us, body, mind, spirit. When balance is obtained, our living river flows into wellness. My personal goal is to help enable all my clients to find this balance. Also, the goal for Living River Wellness and Day Spa is to have providers that give clients a holistic, healing, beautifying, and rejuvenating experience.
