I’m Carol, a Licensed Massage Therapist (since 2017) and the owner of Healing Thyme Therapeutic Massage (est. 2019). My work is grounded in skilled, attentive touch and genuine listening. Every session is tailored to your goals—whether you want to relieve pain, improve range of motion, or simply de-stress and reset.

Sessions are time-based and integrative. I draw from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, assisted stretching, and active muscle release to create the right plan for your body, today.
