Tailored Relaxation was created to meet the need of providing relaxing and effective services in a space that was both inviting for men and women. Many spas are geared towards women from the decor to the services available; we wanted to provide a space that was gender neutral, making everyone feel welcomed.

While our 'tailored' sessions can be soothing with relaxation and stress relief in mind, they may also be therapeutically focused to relieve pain and discomfort. Our experienced staff is able to offer you everything from the best relaxation massage to the treatment and rehabilitation of injuries. We specialize in sciatic pain relief due to Piriformis Syndrome.

We are conveniently located 10 minutes from I-495, not far from Connecticut Avenue at 10410 Kensington Parkway, Suite 10, Kensington, MD 20895. There is a free parking in our lot to insure your visit with us is stress-free.

COVID-19

We are back open with abbreviated operating hours to safely serve you. We are implementing all policies necessary in accordance with the CDC guidelines to keep the studio well disinfected and safe for health in between each client. If you are booking a mobile session, our therapist are disinfecting the table after each use, using disposable headrest covers and clean sheets (if you would like to use your own that if fine as well).

Here is what we are doing at the studio to keep you as safe as possible:

Disinfecting all high contact surfaces in common areas in between each client with high grade virucide solution.
Disinfecting cradels, chairs, tables, door knobs in each room with high grade virucide after each treatment session.
Wearing fresh masks, apron, gloves & face shields (if necessary).
Vaccuming and hot steaming all the floors with safe, virucide solution.
Following proper detergent guidelines for safe laundry washing for health service industry.
Taking temperature before each shift, as well as and taking your temperature and providing sanitizer before each appointment.
