Leisa Peach is the founder of Advanced Alternatives Health & Wellness, where she has spent over two decades elevating the standard of care in therapeutic, sports, and medical massage. Her work is centered on delivering measurable results—helping clients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve overall function through a clinical, outcomes-based approach.

Leisa specializes in identifying and addressing the root causes of dysfunction, combining advanced manual therapy with innovative protocols designed to accelerate recovery and long-term results. Her sessions are highly individualized—integrating precise assessment, targeted treatment, and strategic progression to support each client’s specific goals.

Known for bridging traditional hands-on therapy with emerging wellness technologies, Leisa incorporates modern tools and techniques that enhance the body’s natural ability to repair, adapt, and perform. This includes wearable, non-transdermal light technology designed to support the body’s regenerative processes, including stem cell activation. (Learn more about our LifeWave technology here.) This integrated approach allows clients to move beyond short-term relief and build lasting resilience.

Her work supports a wide range of clients—from those focused on performance and active lifestyles to individuals navigating chronic pain and injury recovery. She also works with clients experiencing chronic stress or trauma, including military personnel and first responders, using a targeted, integrative approach that supports nervous system regulation and steady, sustainable progress.

Leisa’s work attracts individuals who are ready to take a more intentional approach to their health—whether recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or optimizing performance and longevity.

Leisa’s philosophy is simple:
Treat with purpose, progress with consistency, and create results that last beyond the table.
