I am a Kali Institute graduate of Massage and Somatic Therapies with 15 years of massage experience. Specializing in corrective massage & bodywork techniques, Deep Tissue, Massage cupping along with targeted yoga postures and exercises to assist clients with injuries or chronic patterns. As a TBI (Traumatic brain Injury) survivor I am very pleased to be a member of the LOVE YOUR BRAIN Yoga and Mindset community. I am experienced in supportive, assisted yoga and compression therapies with active and passive stretch techniques.
