Hello, I'm Elizabeth, but I go by Lizzie!

I believe that everything in the body as well as life is connected.

Movement has always been at my core. My love for movement started with competitive sports, inspired me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science, then lead me through a job working in exercise rehab for 5 years.

I became a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist from Coastal Carolina Community College in 2017 and have been serving the community ever since.

I am trained a various amount of massage techniques including:

Kinesiology taping
pregnancy massage techniques
hot stone massage
