For years, I thrived in high-pressure roles—first as a 911 dispatcher, then as a risk analyst in oil and gas. Every day, I was responsible for making quick, high-stakes decisions, often in intense or life-altering situations.

But at a certain point, I realized I was climbing a ladder that wasn’t mine. As a single mom at the time, I knew stress all too well, and I started questioning whether the path I was on truly aligned with what I wanted out of life.

I needed a change—not just for myself, but because I wanted to help others navigate the same stress and overwhelm I had experienced. I knew firsthand how hard it was to balance work, responsibilities, and personal well-being—how easy it was to put yourself last.

That’s when I shifted my focus to massage, reiki, and guided meditation—not just as a career change, but as a way to make a real difference. Now, I help others create space for healing, self-care, and balance, even in the middle of their busy lives.
