My name is Zee (they/them). I have been an LMT for 15 years & have spent my career learning to listen & help start a conversation with you & your body, to find alignment, unlock range of motion, & restore wholeness. I do my best to provide trauma-informed care & create a warm, welcoming space for your rejuvenation.

Together we will find the spots you didn't even know you have and give you the tools to prevent them from returning. My goal is to help you get back to your maximum movement potential.

Treatment plans can include a combination of massage, stretching, yoga routines, ergonomic assessments, strength training, postural & habitual retraining, & meditation, tailored to fit sustainably into your busy life!

Add-ons include tired CBD oil & hot stones, as well as complimentary silicone cupping & aromatherapy.

I'm also very excited to work with folks at varying stages of their gender journey. If you'd like for me to use a name & pronouns other than your current legal ones, I'm happy to do so! Even if you've never asked for different pronouns before but have been thinking about it, this is a safe, confidential place to try it out with me. As a non-binary person, I know how powerful it can be to experience this in a professional, therapeutic setting.
