OFFICE LOCATION

The new Fort Collins office address is 373 W Drake Rd, Ste 9, Fort Collins, CO 80526 (located in the Drake Professional Park). The office building parking lot can be accessed by either Drake Rd or Redwing Rd. The building itself has two entrances. The east entrance has a ramp the leads directly into suite 9...please use this entrance. Pictures have been added to Google.
My home office in Loveland will remain open two days a week as well.

WAITING AREA

Fort Collins: Please enter the waiting area of the suite no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment

VACCINE:

It is recommended to wait 2-3 days after any vaccination before getting a massage. I am requesting that you wait 5 days. It is possible to experience physical discomfort and/or systemic symptoms such as fever, chills, muscle aches, and more. If you have any of these symptoms at the time of your session, we will have to reschedule for a later date.

HAND WASHING / HAND SANITIZER

Bathrooms are located near the main suite to wash your hands or there is hand sanitizer available in the main suite and in the massage room. As always, I wash my hands before and after every session and throughout the day.

CLEANUP TIME
I am booking appointments on a limited schedule to keep exposure to a minimum and to allow for extra sanitation in between clients. This includes wiping down common surfaces, face cradle, door knobs, changing sheets, etc.

WATER

Please bring water in your own water bottle with you to your massage appointment. This is to limit exposure.

FACE MASK USE
You are welcome to wear or not wear a face mask during your session.

ONLINE BOOKING
Online booking is available. As always, you are welcome to call or email me to set up an appointment if you prefer not to book online or if you need a different time. I will accommodate when I can. Please note that hours may change or vary based on the (ever-changing) guidelines from the State of Colorado and Larimer County.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

For those that prefer contactless payment, you may do so with a credit card or through Zelle. If making a payment through Zelle, please use the following email: michele.koller@yahoo.com. Please note that Zelle can be used only if your bank offers it. Payment can not be made through the Zelle app if using a debit card.

IN-HOME APPOINTMENTS
My travel fee has returned to $30 with per visit and special pricing does not apply. Please call or email if you are interested. Travel appointments are for existing clients only.

MASSAGE AFTER COVID-19
If you or a family member currently has or has recovered from COVID-19, please follow the guidelines from CDC and local department of health to determine when it's safe to come out of isolation. Please let me know if you or a family member has endured this BEFORE your scheduled appointment. We can reschedule you with no charge.

COMMON SENSE
Please call to cancel if you aren't feeling well or someone in your home isn't well; I will not charge for last minute cancelled appointments through the month of December, 2023. I ask that you be courteous and contact me with as much notice as possible. I, too, will give you the same respect. If I am not feeling well or have cold/flu symptoms, I will let you know with as much notice as possible to reschedule your appointment. If I have to cancel due to sickness, a $10 discount will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
If you are compromised in health or considered to be in the 'high-risk' population, please consider the risks before making an appointment for bodywork.
