I provide massage based in Neuromuscular Therapy for injury treatment and pain relief. This is usually deeper, more active work, focused on an area of concern, but there is always a relaxation aspect as well. I work with clients to design their ideal session to reach their goals; whether that be athletic recovery, treating overuse injuries, migraine relief or simple relaxation. Client communication and a focus on muscle physiology set these sessions apart from a traditional massage setting, allowing for faster recovery and better results.
