Christina brings a rich integration of bodywork, energy healing, and spiritual medicine to Lavender Wellness & Massage. With a foundation in creativity graduating with Honors in 2011 from Franklin Pierce University studying Hand Blown Glass Art, Ceramics, and Photography. She spent nine years teaching, guiding students through the challenging new terrain of hand blown glass art—a skill she now applies to helping clients feel safe, held, and supported in every session.

Her healing path deepened in 2010 with studies in Peruvian Andean Mountain Shamanism, where she learned energy healing, breathwork, medicine stones, and prayer offerings—honoring Mother Earth, mountain spirits, and archetypal energies. Later, she graduated as valedictorian from Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, MA, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Polarity Therapist.

Polarity Therapy is a gentle yet powerful form of holistic energy healing. It works with the body’s natural electromagnetic currents—similar to the way a battery flows between positive (+) and negative (-) to restore balance and vitality. By using light touch, movement, and intention, Polarity Therapy helps clear old energetic blocks that can weigh us down. With this renewed flow, clients often feel lighter, more grounded, and better able to step into their fullest potential.

Christina is proficient in deep tissue massage, positional release, and holistic massage, offering tailored sessions that address both physical tension and energetic imbalance. Her work aims not only to relieve pain and restore alignment, but also to clear subtle energetic blocks—creating space for clients to reconnect with their highest potential and feel renewed in body, mind, and spirit.
