At A Time to Unwind, we want to provide therapeutic massage therapy and bodywork that makes a difference. A difference in how you feel, live, and move. This practice caters to those who have discomfort from sports, repetitive use injuries, accidents, military service, stress, and whatever living life has brought their way. We strive to help you find ways to handle the pain and fatigue these events can cause. Whether it's a race or a 9-5 desk job that has you in knots, we want to take Time to help you Unwind.

All bodywork sessions are customized to your needs that you discuss with your therapist ahead of time. We provide many types of massage modalities, including: Sports Massage, Medical Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Reiki, and Forearm Dance. Bodywork sessions are usually a blend of many techniques. We also have a specialized therapy program for those with repetitive use injuries from sports or work. We offer patient advocacy and Corporate Wellness programs. We have special considerations for the elderly and treat children as well. We include aromatherapy and hot towels in all of our sessions.
