I became a massage therapist because when I am in pain or injured, I seek massage for my own healing. Massage helps with pain, flexibility, tension, injury repair, immune function and so much more.

Several techniques are offered: Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trager Movements, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Neuromuscular Reeducation, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitated Stretching, cupping, taping, and Pregnancy Massage. Essential oils and hot towels are included in massage sessions.

Massage is beneficial for everyone. I specialize in orthopedic injury recovery and sports massage techniques. In addition, if you suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, headaches, stress, past accidents and injuries; massage can be very beneficial.
