I am a licensed and certified massage therapist since 2007. I specialize in Myofascial Release (MFR} Unwind and Rebounding, which I work into all of my massages. Unwind is specific technique that address the fascia or connective tissue by waiting for the fascia to release through passive and relaxing movement. Rebounding is a specific technique that address the muscles by focusing on the muscle attachments and realigning the muscle through muscle movement and stretches, instead of painfully forcing the belly of the muscle to relax (which most massage therapists do during their treatment sessions). MFR is a very relaxing massage, and it feels good to get stretched out and realigned.
