I specialize in Gentle Relaxation Massage, Yomassage, Energy Balancing, & Body Positive Fitness Coaching (in-person), and Size-Inclusive Yoga & Cardio Classes (online). Designed for all ages, shapes & flexibility levels, my sessions are led in a Trauma-Sensitive & Body-Confident way to promote positive mind-body-emotion connection.

Trust me, I'm a newbie instructor at age 52, so I'm not out to cajole anyone into putting their leg behind their head! I'm Yoga For All trained, so I'm all about pose variations & props to make fitness accessible & realistic for EVERY BODY.
