Step into a place full of compassion and hands graced to help you feel restored and ready to face tomorrow.

My passion to understand muscle function and how to correct common muscle dysfunctions, that negatively affect many in our communities, has led me to massage therapy. I have been practicing and learning about massage applications for more than 15 years!

Come experience my style of relaxation mixed with a variety of massage modalities to uniquely design a session that will meet your massage needs and goals. So, whether it's a sports injury that you want gone, maybe you "just want to relax", or maybe you're carrying a bundle of joy. No matter why you need a massage, let me help you feel better so you can achieve your best!
