Hi, I'm Cabela -- a wife, mama, and a guide for humans walking the beautiful, messy, powerful path of life here on Earth.

I'm a licensed massage therapist, certified footzone practitioner, reiki master, and sound healer. But more than that - I'm someone who's lived the deep transformation that comes with being human. During my own journey of all things life, I've felt a calling to create a place where other humans can feel safe, seen, and supported. A place where you don't have to explain the exhaustion, the overwhelm, or the ache in your body or soul - because I've been there.

My work blends therapetuic bodywork, intuitive energy healing, and movement to help you reconnect with your body, release what you're carrying, and rebuild your strength from the inside out. Every session is designed to meet you exactly where you are - phyiscally, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe healing isn't just about fixing - it's about remembering who you are underneath the noise. You are strong, sacred, and worthy of care.

When I'm not working with clients, you may find me weight lifting, traveling, baking, or out in the sunshine but mostly you'll find me snuggled up with my babies or building big dreams with my husband.
