Shannon L Ryan holds a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University. She is a licensed acupuncturist in California and Kansas (LAc)and is a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine from the National Commission for Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Shannon is also the only Board-Certified Acupuncture Fertility Specialist in the entire state of Kansas! She is a Fellow of the American Board for Oriental Reproductive Medicine and has happily helped dozens of families conceive and birth healthy babies.

She earned a Certificate of Study in Sports and Orthopedic Medicine and completed specialized studies and internships in the areas of Pediatrics and Fertility. She also has extensive experience and training in Western Herbalism, having completed the Professional Herbalist Training at the Northwest School of Botanical Studies. As a self proclaimed "herb nerd", she loves making herbal medicines, tromping through the woods, playing with her dog, being a mother, family adventures, food and travel, and is passionate about helping as many people as possible transform their lives through the use of herbal and Oriental Medicine.
