I have trained in a variety of energy work methods for almost twenty years. Since 2018 I have also trained in Ortho-Bionomy® and I achieved associate status in late 2020. I practice Ortho-Bionomy® and energy work because they are safe, simple, and able address specific concerns without needing a diagnosis or medical equipment. Our bodies have a great capacity to naturally self-correct, I gently work with that capacity to help bring sustainable changes.
