Booking Instructions

I do not have a front desk, it’s only myself. With that being said...Text your First and Last name to the number listed below if you cannot navigate the page or have questions. I cannot pick up the phone while in session. I’ll return your text/call at my earliest convenience. These instructions should help you be self-sufficient.

Set your appointment up by clicking Book Now at the top of the page, Click on Bodywork Services, Then Select which style of session you’d like and pick the amount of time.

The schedule shows all the available times. You do not have to ask me what’s available.
Find what time is available based on what works for you and book it.
If I can’t service you, I’ll let you know and get you rescheduled.

If you need to cancel, do your best to let me know a day in advance. (24 Hours)
If within the same day, then text me saying you can’t make it; and again.... reschedule at your convenience.

When you finish booking your appointment, immediately you’ll get an email confirmation and intake form sent to your email address. You must fill that out before we get started.

Please do not smoke cigarettes 24hrs prior to coming in.
Please shower prior to coming in.

Keys to better Health

Respect the Big 4!!! Exercise, Yoga, Massage, & Meditation.

Exercise at least 3 times a week to build strength in areas of your body that are weak and condition your body to maintain how it deals with stress.

Do Yoga at least 3 times a week to ensure you are stretching and decompressing in the right areas of your body. Take your joints through their natural range, find where you’re limited and stretch!!

Get a Massage at least twice a month. We all need help to manage stress and massage is one of the most powerful ways to decompress excess stress built up in our bodies that we can not reach and decompress through stretching ourselves. I get one once a week to deal with y’all. lol

Meditate! Take time to be still and empty your mind while Deep Breathing!!! This will help you decompress from psychological and emotional stress. 10 minutes a day is life changing.

Heart to Heart

I provide some of the highest quality massage therapy in the region. Though I can charge much higher rates, I keep it down with intention so that its easier for you to stay consistent and get as much therapy as you need. Supporting this business directly supports you and your state of health.

This is not a hustle. I’m fulfilling my role as a community healer.

Some of you are in such a bad condition that it takes time to retrain your tissues into a much more functional state.
It takes time! Trust the process.
Though a lot of you got amazing results after one session. Please Stop waiting till you're in a lot pain to come in. A lot can be prevented if you show up beforehand.
Also, just because you’re no longer in pain, the therapy does not stop!!!!!
It switches over to prevention and sustaining.
