I have been a massage therapist since 2015 after a successful career in management and a long time sufferer of headache and migraines, now migraine free. I am always happy when I am able to help someone feel better and have a better quality of life even after their first massage.

I specialize in chronic pain brought on by recent or prior motor vehicle accidents- Swedish, myofascial release are primary to healing the injured muscles while also trying to release the tension that hold the muscles tightly together . Those who experiencing chorionic pain in their neck, shoulders and upper back maybe able to have deeper and more precise work that maybe due to bad posture, sitting to long or old injuries that may have flared up. Massage helps bring the body back to a more relaxed state.

I bring a passion for massage cupping to my practice. Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on the client's skin to create suction. Cupping is a great alternative to deep tissue massage and helps alleviate chronic pain, inflammation, increase blood flow, relaxation and wellbeing. Many of you may remember it being made famous during the 2016 Summer Olympics.
