Hi, my name is Miguel Vasquez.

I help clients achieve and maintain balance between the mind, body, and muscles through a personalized, results-driven approach. With a strong background in personal training and body mechanics, I focus on improving movement, reducing pain, and supporting long-term physical wellness—not just short-term relief.

I offer a wide range of massage and recovery services, including deep tissue, sports recovery, assisted stretching, cupping, and Swedish massage. Each session is tailored to your individual goals and needs, whether you’re looking to recover from workouts, manage chronic tension, improve mobility, or simply relax and reset.

I am an honors graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences and have been a licensed massage therapist since 2017. My combined experience in massage therapy and personal training allows me to take a comprehensive approach to helping clients feel stronger, move better, and live healthier.
