Ann-Marie Theodore is a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences with a focus on Swedish massage, deep tissue, floor or table Shiatsu, and cupping.

Her approach to massage is attentive, individualized, and client-centered. Each session is tailored to the client, with thoughtful consideration of their needs, preferred pressure, and wellness goals. Her work is designed to create a therapeutic space where clients can release everyday tension, relax, and reconnect with their bodies. A personal appreciation for the therapeutic power of touch inspired Ann-Marie’s journey into massage therapy. When her son was born prematurely, she witnessed the comfort and support that gentle, intentional touch could provide. This experience left a lasting impression and helped shape her decision to pursue a career in therapeutic care.

Outside of the treatment room, Ann-Marie enjoys spending time in nature, walking, and exploring herbal wellness, including creating teas from flowers, roots, and bark. Her appreciation for nature, self-care, and holistic wellness continues to inspire her understanding of the connection between relaxation and overall well-being
