You MUST have an appointment in advance. We cannot accommodate walk-ins. Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Our Policies:

24 Hour Cancellation Policy applies to all sessions. Please give 24 hours notice that you need to cancel or reschedule. Lack of notice includes a fee up to 100% of the appointment cost. 3 cancellations within 48 hours of appointments warrants excusal from receiving future services at Active Purpose. Please respect our time as we will respect yours.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment (not only Covid symptoms), please call immediately. Your appointment will be rescheduled for the safety and consideration of everyone (without a fee).
If you have been exposed to Covid-19 or any contagious illness such as the flu or skin conditions for example, please be considerate and reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. More notice for us allows us to open the spot for someone else who may need to get in so please don't wait to cancel until within 24 hours if you already know you will cancel.
Mask-wearing is optional. We just ask that you take any symptoms of illness seriously and call to cancel if you have any symptoms or exposure at all.
If you are receiving a vaccination or any injections, please notify us. There are different waiting periods before receiving services after receiving a vaccine or injection.
