Healthwork Yoga & Massage Therapy has been in business since 1998 and provides massage therapy and yoga classes in Albuquerque for pain relief, stress reduction, and soft tissue rehabilitation.

My name is Tone Jackson. I am a licensed massage therapist and a certified yoga teacher. My intention is for clients and yoga students to experience true results through a body, mind, and spirit approach. In addition, I believe in a holistic, preventive approach to health. I offer a professional touch that combines modern techniques with ancient healing methods to provide an all-inclusive approach to wellness. I will help you choose the ideal treatment to support your optimal health.

My work and expertise come from a lifetime of practice and many years of experience as a certified yoga teacher and licensed massage therapist. My approach is grounded in knowledge from traditional healing practices, modern therapeutic science, and personal experience living a healthy, yogic lifestyle.

I offer a professional touch using the latest modern techniques while blending new approaches with ancient healing methods to provide holistic, individualized treatment.

All massage therapy modalities are subject to change at any time, except for existing packages currently in use.

Hours & Availability:

Healthwork Yoga and Massage Therapy sees clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Mondays and Thursdays are administrative days. While massage sessions are not scheduled on these days, we are still working behind the scenes. You are welcome to schedule a time to speak with one of our massage therapists to discuss the best therapy options for you.

Please contact us in advance to ensure a therapist is available at the studio to meet with you.

Client Intake Forms:

All first-time clients must complete a client intake form prior to their first massage therapy session.

Failure to complete the intake form may result in a reduction of treatment time.

Appointments & Booking:

We do not accept walk-ins at this time.

All new and returning clients must schedule an appointment either by:

Booking online through MassageBook, or
Calling (or text) us directly, and we will be happy to assist with scheduling and payment.

Payments:

Healthwork Yoga and Massage Therapy & Thai Massage Albuquerque do not accept cash or checks.

We accept:

All major credit cards
Apple Pay

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

When you book an appointment, please remember that your session time is reserved specifically for you.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Clients who do not arrive within 20 minutes of their scheduled appointment and have not communicated their delay will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments, or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be charged the full cost of the session.

Late Arrivals;

Clients who arrive late will receive treatment for the remaining time of the scheduled session.

Please notify us if you anticipate being late, especially if it is your first visit to our studio.

Clients who cancel a scheduled appointment will not automatically receive a refund. Instead, a credit toward a future session will be issued.

If a client prefers a refund, the session must be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, and the client must contact us directly to request the refund.

Massage Therapy Packages:

Massage therapy packages must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date. Larger packages may be used within eight (8) months of purchase (the 15 session package).

If a package is not fully used within the applicable time period, any complimentary discount or free session associated with the package will be forfeited.

Any remaining paid sessions may still be scheduled at your discretion after the six- or eight-month period.

Personal Belongings:

MasterHealthSolutions Healthwork Yoga & Massage Therapy and Thai Massage Albuquerque are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Clients and yoga students are responsible for keeping track of their personal belongings and ensuring all items are taken upon leaving the studio.

If an item is left behind, we will make every effort to keep it safe and will hold found items for up to one year.
