I'm a "health nerd" as my daughter calls me. I truly enjoy learning & growing as a health practitioner. I feel fortunate to incorporate what I've learned in natural healing to my family and to my clients and their loved ones. I've pursued my path in natural healing to uplift others. It is a true joy to be able to help those seeking relief from stress or aliments such as pain, tension, and anxiety. I feel a Mind & Body at Rest gives Peace to the Soul.

For the last 10 years I've been blessed to have amazing clients, who I have had the honor of assisting in their healing journey through massage therapy. Equally close to my heart, in the last several years, I've begun building my yoga and guided meditation practices that I will always cherish and encourage. In my areas of study I've been fortunate in acquiring a wealth of knowledge from mentors, teachers, and clients but I will forever be a student in preventative care with the vast options of healing with natural elements.

I am truly passionate about learning health practices in healing through holistic methods.

Our bodies can do amazing things to heal itself, if we give it the capacity to do so.

I believe that in pursing therapies such as massage, meditation, yoga, & other natural healing approaches is our best advantage to overall wellness.

(Along with making healthy choices in food, restful sleep, & sufficient water intake of course :)

One of my main goals in life is to pursue my best health while encouraging others in reaching theirs.
