Jennifer Oppelt’s journey into the healing arts began in 2002 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Over the past two decades, she has cultivated her intuitive gifts and continuously refined her massage practice through advanced training and certifications in Reiki, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Prenatal, Postpartum, and Fertility Massage, Mayan Abdominal Massage, Lomi Lomi, and CranialSacral Therapy.

Her approach to massage is both soothing and intuitive, seamlessly blending energy work with a deeply relaxing flow, while remaining attuned to each client’s specific needs. Jennifer incorporates neuromuscular techniques such as myofascial release and trigger point therapy to address chronic pain and relieve deep-seated muscle tension.

Clients often describe her hands as “searchlights,” instinctively locating the areas that need the most attention. Her sessions are known for being nurturing, grounding, and calming to the nervous system. She enjoys enhancing the massage experience with hot towels, aromatherapy, and other luxurious touches that create a full sensory experience.

In 2021, Jennifer relocated to Asheville, where she quickly fell in love with the vibrant community, the changing seasons, and the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Outside the treatment room, she enjoys exploring nature, creating art, listening to music, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family.

With over 20 years of experience, Jennifer remains deeply passionate about her work. Healing is at the heart of everything she does, and it continues to inspire and guide her every day. She is honored to hold space for others to relax, unwind, and restore.
