The beautiful work that we do is founded in science, we work through the lens of Structural Integration - a sister to chiropractics, both hailing from the lineage of Osteopathy. Structural Integration, or SI, is the Mother of Deep Tissue Massage. The wisdom of speaking to the body, on a neurological level, to birth the inherited balance within.

Imagine lying on the table, your therapist diligently works with you. Imagine your thoughts are fading, quieter and quieter... you notice the work feels almost other-worldly... as your breath comes easier, the micro tension in your jaw release, in your neck, it melts... and a gentle warmth rises, it flows down through the body, you feel your muscles relax, your ribs expand and contract, your spine and hips relax onto the table...your body is feeling lighter, joints feel freer, and when this session finally comes to a close, and you stand, you feel this sturdy strength in yourself. You feel connected to the ground, while your head reaches tall toward the heavens.

You notice your hips and low back are supporting your body with ease, your chest feels open, like you could wrap your arms and heart around a mountain with love, and still have more to send.

Policy:

Services are charged at the time of booking. We adhere to a 48 hour cancellation notice, with grace period for severe weather conditions, illness, accident, emergency incidents. Cancellations inside of the 48 hour window remain full cost of the service, while early cancellations outside the 48 hour window, without rescheduling, are a $50 convenience fee for booking and paperwork.
