Thank you for your understanding and continued support as the practice enters this new chapter.

You're in pain. Let's change that.

If you're dealing with back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder tension, hip or knee discomfort, or something that just won't go away, you've likely already tried things that didn't provide lasting relief. You need more than a temporary fix.

I specialize in targeted Manual Therapy and Bodywork focused on relieving pain, restoring movement, and helping you get back to the activities that matter to you. With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, I provide personalized therapeutic care through a mobile, in-home service model.

Here's how it works:
1. We start with a thorough assessment to understand your symptoms, movement patterns, and what may be contributing to your pain
2. Based on that, I apply evidence-based manual therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and movement strategies targeted to the areas that need it most
3. You're left with a clearer understanding of your body — and a path toward lasting relief

This is not a spa or relaxation massage. These are focused, therapeutic sessions built around your specific symptoms and recovery goals.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE READING MY HEALTH GUIDELINE AND REFUND POLICY. THANK YOU!

In-Home Appointment Health Guidelines

Your health and comfort, as well as mine, are important to maintaining a safe and healthy treatment environment. Please review these guidelines before your in-home appointment.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including fever, cough, sore throat, congestion, stomach virus, or flu-like symptoms.
Please do not schedule or receive an in-home treatment while experiencing a contagious or infectious condition, including a cold, flu, strep throat, conjunctivitis, or stomach virus.
Please be fully symptom-free before scheduling or resuming treatment.
If you are unsure whether your symptoms warrant rescheduling, please call or text me before your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.
No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but full payment is still required.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered for appointments, prepaid sessions, gift certificates, or massage series.
Prepaid sessions, series, and gift certificates never expire and may be transferred once to another individual.

Risk Acknowledgment

Massage and bodywork involve close physical contact, which carries a small but unavoidable risk of exposure to illness. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge this risk and consent to treatment.

Important Notes

Massage/bodywork is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.
If you suspect injury or illness requiring medical care, please consult a physician first.
Conditions requiring medical diagnosis or physical therapy will be referred out.
