I believe that utilizing a combination of relaxation and deep tissue approaches will allow your muscles, as well as your mind to "chill-out" so that I may effectively work out the tension on a deeper level than what you're feeling on the surface.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE

I am a state licensed massage therapist in Washington, D.C. (since 2010), as well as in the state of Virginia (since 2017) and Nationally Certified (since 2010), as well as Board Certified (since 2016) in Massage and Bodywork. I've attended Heritage Institute for Massage Therapy, as well as the National Massage Therapy Institute for Massage Therapy.

BACKGROUND

I have a background in Track and Field while in grade school and have participated in numerous volunteer positions in the Washington, D.C. area, including working with clients at the Marine Corps. Marathon.

ADVANCED TRAINING

I specialize in addressing hip and lower back pain, utilizing orthopedic massage techniques for cervical pain, myofascial release, massage therapy for sports injuries, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, geriatric massage and massage therapy for people with fibromyalgia.
