Ken Moench started off over 30 years ago as an assistant in a physical therapy office, though his path diverted and took him to become a massage therapist. Over time, he developed what is now known as the Moench Method. Training his staff in this technique, Moench Method Bodywork has successfully treated thousands of clients.

The focus is on pain elimination, injury rehab, injury prevention and sports performance optimization. Any soft tissue and muscular malady one has can be addressed by a Moench Method therapist. This includes ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, turf toe, shin splints, ligament and tendon tears of the knee, knee pain, hamstring or quad pulls, hip flexor tightness, pulled groins, back tightness and pain, rotator cuff tears, golf and tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, whip lash, neck pain, migraines, TMJ and so much more.

The team prides themselves on helping people as quickly as possible and in as few visits as possible. Moench Method should be the first stop, not the last resort, when addressing pain. So many clients wished they had known about Moench Method sooner!

In a world of countless treatment options that provide temporary relief, Moench Method Bodywork stands out as a truly transformative therapy.

Unlike the relaxing ambiance and gentle strokes of traditional massage, our approach goes deep into the body's intricate workings to address the underlying causes of pain and restore optimal function.

We're not about candles, music, or dim lighting; we're about delivering tangible results.
