A Garner resident for 21 years and new to the White Lake area, I'm a native North Carolinian from Rockingham. I earned my diploma completing the Therapeutic Massage Program from Wake Technical Community College.

A caregiver at heart, I have a strong desire to help others manage the pain and stress resulting from today's demanding, fast-paced lifestyles. Whether it's a relaxing Swedish massage or a deep tissue session, relief and range of motion are increased throughout the neck, shoulder, arms, and legs. Sciatica and low back pain are areas I enjoy helping clients with as well.

Specialties of mine also include Sports massage, Hot Stone, reflexology, and myofacial release. I am also certified in pre and peri-natal massage and thoroughly enjoy helping a mother to be relax. Additionally, my continuing education course in medical massage has provided me with techniques to provide pain relief and release restrictions throughout the entire body.
