I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012, and I deeply believe in the transformative power of bodywork to support balance, awareness, and well-being.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with Functional Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Personal Trainers, and wellness spas, which has helped me develop a comprehensive and intuitive approach to care. Each session I offer is fully customizable, integrating various modalities and techniques to meet your body’s unique needs in the moment. My goal is to help you live comfortably and mindfully in your body — reducing chronic or acute pain, easing stress and anxiety, improving mobility, and enhancing overall quality of life.

I’m especially passionate about incorporating MPS therapy to help the body shift from the sympathetic “fight or flight”state into the parasympathetic “rest and digest” mode, supporting deep healing and nervous system regulation. Additionally, Scar Release Therapy (SRT) plays a vital role in my practice, helping repolarize scar tissue to restore balance and reduce chronic stimulation of the nervous system.
