I have spent the last 7years working as a massage therapist and Ayurveda Body-worker, over this time I have taken many different types of techniques and have combined them into my own style of massage. While I still continue to learn more techniques I find I always fall back on the foundations of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is based on a full healing, of mind ,body, spirit connection based on your doshas. This is how I came to open Metta Spa in Shrewsbury,MA. in October of 2012,wanting to share the knowledge of Maharishi Ayurveda with my love for Massage Therapy.Here at Metta Spa we have herbal products(MAPI), Transcendental Meditation,

Massage Therapy, Ayurveda Body-work, and classes. My goal is to offer a range of options for you to build from on your way to a full balanced space.
