We have a passion for seeing people bloom into efficiency, health, mobility and emotional freedom.

Kristy is a Certified Practitioner of Ida P Rolf's Method of Structural Integration and a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Utah. Before studying bodywork modalities she studied Dance, at BYU, while working on recovery from dance injuries sustained in high school and a private studio. Her focus is largely based upon injury recover, prevention and effectiveness of treatment.

Brian is a Licensed Massage Therapist, focusing on Cranial Sacral Therapy, Sports and Injury with the fascial lines and methods of Structural involved. He studied Dance at BYU with a specific focus on how the body works in a correct kinesiological fashion. He also recently spent a year working with the athletes in the UVU training room.

A little known fact, that really "should" be common knowledge, is that fascia surrounds everything in your body. It has no beginning or end (unless you count the sealed up belly button), and it holds and transports emotion. If you release it you let go of the emotions holding you back. Cool, huh?!

We are both empathetic and will in some way include energy release in your session.

We will be taking before and after four directional pictures. Expect it. This is one of the ways we see your progress and an important way for me to see the holding patterns in your fascia.

If you come in our office we expect male clients to wear a speedo or bike short without padding and female clients to wear a sports bra (no racer or halter) and mid thigh or shorter bike shorts. You will be sitting, standing, laying on your side, back and front.
