With simultaneous therapeutic and relaxing movements, looking at the whole body as one connected entity, whilst holding space, listening to each person's individual story, pain points and goals, we work together to relieve tension and fascial restrictions, increase range of motion, circulation and lymphatic flow to hone in on the root cause and heal as a whole, allowing the body to reintegrate and return to its intended state of homeostasis in each session.

Utilising various techniques and beneficial tools from training at Irene's Myomassology Institute for the last 17+ years, her training as an herbalist, plant based (raw and vegan) health coach, nutrition consultant and chef, education is key to each customised session.

Natalie's goals is to provide maximum comfortability and healing results in a heart and soul centred, safe and peaceful environment With influences of Myomassology, Thai massage, Positional Release, Energy Work, lymph and myofascial work, passive and active gentle stretching and Intuition for any BODY, at any age, meeting you where you are at point on your journey...
