Amanda is thrilled to bring her lifelong passion for movement and performance to Stretch Care. As a former collegiate Track & Cross Country athlete and current Masters Track competitor, she truly lives for the thrill of crossing finish lines—and helping others do the same.

From Hyrox races and fitness competitions to golf games and big track meets, Amanda is always chasing the next challenge. But along the way, she began to feel what so many of us do as the years go on: stiff joints, nagging aches, and a stretching routine that didn’t quite cut it.

That’s when she discovered Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)—a complete game-changer that helped her move smoother, feel stronger, and recover faster. Now, she’s bringing that same transformational experience to Stretch Care clients.

With a degree in Kinesiology and a career rooted in health and wellness, Amanda is passionate about helping you feel stronger, looser, and truly unstoppable.
