As a certified personal trainer with a specialty in biomechanics, I guide clients through corrective movement strategies that restore posture, gait, and basic function from the ground up. Pair that with my work as a certified nutrition coach—where we move beyond macros and into the functional role food plays in our biology and behavior—and you get a system that’s as sustainable as it is empowering.
