Hi! I'm Teesa. I have been practicing massage therapy for 5 years and I am passionate about helping others. I have grown a love for helping my clients release tension from their bodies and achieve relaxation.

In my practice, I like to incorporate a few different massage techniques and modalities to ensure that each client receives a personalized experience. However, my specialties are relaxation and myofascial release massage. These techinques help to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and improve range of motion. I also love to incorporate stretches during my massages, this helps to further release tension and increase blood circulation in the body.

I believe that massage therapy is not just a luxury, but an essential part of self-care. It is my goal to provide each client with a safe and comfortable space where they can unwind and destress.
