Skilled massage therapy is a great compliment to many allopathic treatments. If massage therapy doesn't bring the results you are looking for, referrals and other recommendations are something we don't shy away from.

Upon arrival at the studio we will conduct a brief intake and make a plan for your session, leaving room for what is present, so if something isn't working as we can adjust as needed. Hands on time lasts for the duration of the appointment time. Clients leave feeling deeply relaxed, more open, in less pain, with more range of motion and greater emotional resilience. You might even feel a little blissed out. This is what we consider a good massage.
