I've been working in the massage field since 2011, after originally going to school for psychology. I actually originally took up massage in order to get me through Masters school, but I could never have fathomed how much I would fall in love with this career. That's what's kept me going as a Massage Therapist and I don't plan on ever stopping.

I attended Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN for my Associate in Arts degree, the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee for my Bachelor's in psychology degree, and Lakeside School of Massage in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for my massage licensure. From there I took continuing education classes in deep tissue and myofascial release, which are the modalities I use most often.

My work helps with muscle aches, anxiety, depression, headaches, insomnia, and I'm sure others, but these are the ones I get the most positive feedback about from my clients. I understand every client has specific needs during a massage session, so every massage I do is different and tailored to the client's needs, not a cookie cutter model at all.
