Hello, my name is Deborah Bridgeforth and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2010. I was raised in Bridgeport CT and joined the army right after high school at the age of 17. After 12 years in the military, I served 10 years as a correctional officer for the state of Maryland. Having had two very physical and stressful occupations I knew a change in my life was imminent. That decision led me to seek a career in Massage Therapy. Personally experiencing more than my share of stress and the physical breakdown of the body, I gained the will and compassion to help others in their journey to wellness. My continuous studies in Massage, Kinesiology and Corrective Exercise have helped me so much when it comes to my clients' treatment. I am so grateful for those who have guided and mentored me with their knowledge and talent. I truly enjoy my life's work of providing a more balanced quality of life for my clients trough massage
