The therapist uses her hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, feet and entire body to stretch, press and pull your body into a new state of openness and calm. Performed on a mat on the floor with the receiver clothed. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in.

Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage is the deep massage that pressure lovers crave. Ashiatsu structurally resets the body with broad, firm pressure that is much smoother than the more pokey type of pressure applied by the elbows and thumbs. The therapist stands on the table and uses oil and her soft, clean feet to glide along the major muscle groups from head to toe. Hands may be used for delicate regions such as the neck and face and for more specific work on problem areas. Performed on a massage table with client undressed. Body parts not being massaged are covered with a sheet.
