This is wellness. There are a plethora of methods available to achieve this, from exercise and meditation to regular therapeutic treatments. Acupuncture, massage, and Chinese herbs provide access to wellness both during and after the actual event: the somatic, mental, and emotional effects of any of these treatments can last long after the actual session is complete.

As a practitioner, I strive to help my clients and patients enhance their current state of health. This includes those dealing with a physical injury, a chronic or acute internal condition, stress, or those who are looking to supplement an established physical regimen with bodywork.
