Shayla Herndon-Edmunds (she/her), is the Founder & Chief Creative Officer of OMG Wellness Bar and Reiki Master Healer. As a wellness professional whose experience spans talent development, operations management, equity and inclusion, and personal care, Shayla helps people awaken, evolve, heal and thrive.

She founded Oh My Goodness Wellness Bar, in 2015, as an online boutique that now functions as a brick-and-mortar wellness practice - supporting the physical, spiritual, and emotional health of clients in the U.S. and abroad. As OMG’s chief creative officer, Shayla formulates products inspired by the wellness needs of Black women, informed by healing practices learned from her elders and supported by ongoing research and development.

Shayla earned her certification as a Reiki Master Teacher in 2015 and has practiced and taught Reiki for over ten years. She has a Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and has certifications, including professional coaching and emotional intelligence.
