With over 20 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, my focus is helping your body move and feel better. Every session is guided by what your body needs that day — whether that’s deeper, targeted work or a more restorative, calming approach. My hands will tell me what your body is asking for, and I adjust the work moment by moment to support that.

I use a blend of techniques designed to release tension, improve mobility, and ease the strain that builds from daily stress, posture, repetitive patterns, or past injuries. This work supports healing, enhances flexibility, helps prevent future injuries, and improves overall comfort and performance. It can also be especially supportive before, during, or after sports and physical activity.

Each massage is fully customized to meet your body where it is in the moment, ensuring you receive the most effective and supportive care every time you’re on the table.
