Early in my career as a Massage Therapist, over 22 years ago, I noticed there was a direct link between the mental chatter, emotional state and the physical body. To help my clients relax and sink into the present moment, I focus on modalities that help shift the body's own internal environment.

By working on increasing the relaxation response through touch, energy work, essential oils and emotional awareness, your body's chemistry actually changes.
