Hi, I'm Beth Geiss, a licensed massage therapist who specializes in John Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR). I also do Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) and therapeutic massage. I strive to help the local women of my community achieve a more relaxed, balanced and pain-free body and mind. Every session with me whether I am performing Myofascial Release, CST, or Massage will be a healing, calming, and focused treatment specific to you.

I have been treating clients with MFR, massage and CST since 2012. I attended an intensive 650 hour massage and bodywork training program and graduated with a 4.0. Since then I have completed over 200 hours of training with John Barnes doing MFR and CST. I have also over 50 hours training in CST from the Upledger Institute. I continue to take courses every year to stay current and learn as much as I can. And I continue to receive MFR and other treatments as often as I can.
