I specialize in working with clients who are stressed out and have forgotten how to relax, and those experiencing pain in their necks or backs. In today's world, most people have poor posture, spend long hours working at computers, have had an injury, and/or live in a state of stress. These things can cause muscle imbalance. Over time, the muscles adjust to this new "normal" state.

I help relieve the stress in overused muscles to help them stop pulling bones out of alignment, bringing the body back to a more natural, healthy, pain and stress free state.
